Bröllop på Sillegården
På Värmlands mysigaste lokal, genomsyrad av historia vid Frykens strand, hyr vi ut våra lokaler för ert perfekta bröllop!
Vi tar ut en grundhyra på 39 000 kr (ex. MOMs) för hela lokalen under högsäsong (slutet av maj, juni och augusti) och 33 000 kr (ex. MOMs) under lågsäsong (april, början av maj, september). En serviceavgift på 150 kr per person tillkommer.
Ni kan hämta nycklarna från fredag 12:00 och lämna tillbaka dem senast söndag 16:00. Detta ger er tid att ställa i ordning och städa.
Ni kan välja att ha bröllopsmiddagen i huvudrestaurangen, danssalen eller ute i trädgården. Maximal kapacitet i restaurangen är 100 gäster; detta inkluderar sittgrupperna på första och andra våningen. Maximal kapacitet i huvudrummet i danssalen är 100 gäster. Maximal kapacitet i danssalen med de andra tre små rummen utöver huvudrummet är dock cirka 130 personer. För trädgårdsområdet har vi bord och bänkar för 300 personer.

-25% av lokalhyran betalas ved booking.
-75% av lokalhyran, samt övriga tjänster, betalas senast tre månader före bokat datum.
-Vid eventuell avbokning återbetalas inte bokningsavgiften (25%). Vid avbokning senare än tre månader före bokat datum faktureras hela beloppet för lokalhyran og beställda tilläggstjänster.
-En deposition på 5000 kr betalas i samband med tillgång till lokalen och återbetalas efter att lokalen besiktats utan anmärkning gällande skador efter genomfört bröllop.

- 3 toaletter i restaurangen, utrustade med toalettpapper och handtvål.
- 100 trästolar inomhus.
- 23 träbord inomhus.
- 100 hopfällbara träbänkar (kan användas utomhus eller inomhus).
- 50 hopfällbara träbord (kan användas utomhus eller inomhus). De behöver ett linne för att se fina ut (ingår ej i priset och finns inte tillgängligt hos oss).

Förutom att hyra lokalen kan du även hyra (Priser ex moms):
- Vattenglas, vinglas/champagneglas, karaffer, kaffekoppar, tallrikar, knivar, gafflar och skedar för 120 kr per person och dag eller påbörjad dag.
- Kök 5 000 kr. Köket inkluderar industrispis, ugn, pizzaugn, kyl, frys, kylda tillagningsbänkar, diskmaskin, plus gastrobrickor, bestick etc.
- Två Bluetooth Soundbox-högtalare, 1 000 kr för båda
- Hjälp med en del av uppställningen på fredag (flytta bord, stolar och bänkar samt dukning av bord) 3 500 kr
- Städning och diskning följande söndag 6 500 kr

Get Married at Sillegården
At Värmland's coziest venue, steeped in history on the shores of Fryken, we rent our space for your perfect wedding!

You can choose to have the wedding dinner in the main restaurant, the dance hall or outside in the garden. Maximum capacity in the restaurant is 100 guests; this includes the first and second floor seating areas. Maximum capacity in the main room in the dance hall is 100 guests. However, maximum capacity in the dance hall using the other three small rooms in addition to the main room is around 130. For the garden space we have tables and benches for 300 people.
Additional information about cancellation
-25% of the premises rent is paid upon booking.
-75% of the premises rent, as well as other services, must be paid no later than three months before the booked date.
-In the event of cancellation, the booking fee (25%) is not refundable. If cancelled later than three months before the booked date, the full amount for the room rental and additional services ordered will be invoiced.

- Access to the restaurant, the dance hall and the garden. The garden includes the stage, which is perfect for a wedding reception.
- 3 restrooms in the restaurant, supplied with toilet paper and handsoap
- 100 indoor wooden chairs
- 23 indoor wooden tables
- 100 foldable wooden benches (can be used outside or inside).
- 50 foldable wooden tables (can be used outside or inside). They need a linen to look nice (not included in the price, and unavailable from us).
The venue rental price does not include:

In addition to renting the venue, you can also rent (prices ex. VAT):
- Water glasses, wine glasses/champagne glasses, carafes, coffee cups, plates, knives, forks and spoons for 120 SEK per head per day or part thereof.
- Kitchen 5,000 SEK. The kitchen includes an industrial stove, oven, pizza oven, fridges, freezers, refrigerated preparation benches, dishwasher, plus gastro trays, utensils, etc.
- Two bluetooth Soundbox speakers, 1000 SEK for both of them
- Help with some of the set-up on Friday (moving tables, chairs and benches and setting the tables) 3,500 SEK
- Clean up and wash down on the following Sunday 6,500 SEK
